No. EBA support does not currently provide personal training. Staff are qualified with Certificate 3's in Fitness, meaning they are able to help you with programs and provide instructional advice and assistance with safe lifting/exercise. EBA is about providing support for what YOU want to do with your physical activity and helping you towards your goals in a safe way.
Services are charged per hour and follow the NDIS pricing guidelines depending on the activities/support provided.
We like to be as flexible as possible for our clients here at EBA. There are currently openings on weekday afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday. There are no extra charges for evening support at EBA.
No! absolutely not. Our staff have worked with individuals at the beginning of their physical activity journeys, to others who are high-level athletes competing in national sports events. If you're just starting to look into being more active we have the knowledge and skills to help you progress to where you want to be.
Yes. EBA can provide all different types of support as and when required. This includes but is not limited to, things like grocery shopping, travel arrangements, or leisurely days out.
